1989
Jingkun Chemistry Company was founded as a solely-owned subsidiary of China Petroleum Material Kunshan Corporation which belongs to China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC).

1992

Began the guar business and introduced guar products to oil field industry.

1995

Began Hydroxypropyl Guar(HPG)project and started manufacturing in the second year,with domestic market share exceeding 30%.

2001

The market share of Hydroxypropyl Guar in Chinese oilfield was more than 50%.

2002

Passed ISO9001 quality management system.High-quality HPG(GHPG) and Cationic Guar were put into manufacturing sequentially.

2003

Established 400MB Nuclear Magnetic Resonance lab and increased its manufacturing capacities of GHPG and Cationic Guar Gum to 1,000MT and 500MT respectively.

2004

Manufacturing capacity of CAT was expanded to 1,000MT annually.Established a Gel Permeation Chromatography(GPC)Lab to analyze the molecular weight distribution.

2005

Passed ISO14001 environmental management system and GB/T 28001 QHSE system.

2006

Infrared Spectrography(IR)Lab was set up.

2007

New factory for guar derivatives was established.

2008

Establishing 600MB Nuclear Magnetic Resonance lab.

2012

A new silo of 1000MT built and storage capacity expanded to 2000MT annually

2013

Manufacturing capacity expanded to 25,000MT annually.
