Guar as a Powerful Ingredient for scoopable Cat Litter
Guar gum is applied as a clumping agent in the making of cat litter. Guar gum enhances the clumping power for bentonite/ Silica gel. It keeps particles stuck together and makes clumps extra hard so they don’t fall apart. With its excellent binding property, guar gum facilitate easy waste removal and bacterial growth restricting
JK-106 is nonionic polymer derived from natural guar gum. Good compatibility with electrolytes and stability over a large range of pH. Compatible with dilute-alcohol solutions containing up to 30% ethanol, Optimum thickening effect; Recommended dosage is 2~3% and it depends on your own formulation for final percentage.
