Guar Derivatives JK-7 Range

Jingkun’s JK-7 Range is Hydroxypropyl Guar(HPG) which undergoes the reaction called “Hydroxyalkylation”, with rheological characteristics, water retention and enzyme resis tance considerably improved.
Typical Property
Guar shows a pseudoplastic rheological behaviour; At low shear rate values,guar and cellulose are very close to each other, while, at high shear rate values, the viscosity of a solution of guar decreases more significantly. This lower viscosity gives the wet mortar a good workability and smooth surface.
Thus, guar improves the adhesion and the stability of the wet system, without negatively influencing neither its consistency nor its water retention and showing an excellent workability and a perfect finish.
